当说话人用陈述语气时，用that 引导。

如：

He said, Im tired.就转述成：He said that he was tired. 或 He told me that he was tired.

如：

Tom said to me ,"Don't take my bag away." 应当转述成：Tom told me not to take his bag away.

当说话人用一般疑问语气时，用if 或 whether 转述。

在转述时，有一点非常重要，就是：转述中的内容一律使用陈述语序，不能用疑问语序。
