根据食品学院工作的需要，经学校批准，按照公开招聘、全面考核、择优录用的原则，拟公开招聘项目用工1名。有关事宜公告如下：

According to the needs of the work of the College of FoodScience and Technology, with the approval of the university, in accordance withthe principles of open recruitment, comprehensive assessment and merit-basedrecruitment, it is proposed to openly recruit one project worker. 一、用工方式：项目用工，与第三方派遣公司签订劳动合同。

二、工作内容：协助做好实验室日常运行管理等工作。

Job description: Assist in the daily operation andmanagement of the laboratory and other tasks..

三、工作地点：上海海洋大学临港校区。

Working location: Lingang Campus of Shanghai OceanUniversity.

四、用工期限：两年，期满或项目结束合同自然终止。合同到期根据工作表现可以续签。

Employmentperiod: Two years, with natural termination at the end of the period or at theend of the project. The contract may be renewed at the end of the period on thebasis of performance.

五、招聘基本条件（Requirementsfor recruitment）

1.身体健康，具有良好思想政治素质，遵守国家的法律法规和学校规章制度，恪守职业道德和工作纪律，富有责任心，主观能动性强，善于沟通，具有团队合作精神；

Physicalhealth, good ideological and political quality, abide by the laws andregulations of the country and the rules and regulations of the school, abideby the professional ethics and work discipline, full of sense ofresponsibility, strong subjective initiative, good communication, and teamworkspirit;

2.硕士及以上学历毕业生；

Graduateswith Master's Degree or above;

3.具有实验室管理经验，熟悉分子生物学、结构生物学、微生物学仪器设备者优先；

Laboratorymanagement experience and familiarity with molecular biology, structuralbiology, and microbiology instrumentation preferred;

4.具有良好英语水平，要求能够与外教流畅交流。

Havea good level of English, able to communicate fluently with foreign teachers.

六、岗位职责（Jobresponsibilities）

1.完成上海海洋大学食品与健康国际联合研究中心相关事务;

Completionof the affairs of the International Research Center for Food Health.

2.协助实验室的日常管理和运行等工作；

Assistin the daily management and operation of the laboratory, etc;

3.协助做好学院其它相关服务和保障工作。

Assistin other related services and guarantees of the college.

八、待遇（Treatment）

1.基本工资：8000元（税前）；

3.其他：根据工作表现发放一定额度的津贴。

九、有关说明（Relevantnotes）

1.岗位说明：该岗位属于项目助理岗，试用期2个月，所签订合同年限不超过项目执行年限，但工作完表现良好者可酌情续约。

JobDescription: The position is a project assistant post with a probationaryperiod of 2 months and a contract signed for a period not exceeding the numberof years of project implementation, but may be renewed at the discretion of themanager for good performance.

2.参加人员如实填写报名材料，如有与实际情况不符，一经查实，取消其应聘资格。
