山东大学管理学院2024年诚邀海内外英才依托申报优青项目

山东大学是一所历史悠久、学科齐全、实力雄厚、特色鲜明，在国内外具有重要影响的教育部直属重点综合性大学，是世界一流大学建设高校。近年来山东大学实现了跨越式发展，学校的综合水平和办学质量明显提升，国际影响力显著增强。现有国家级各类平台基地26个，教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地4个，部委级平台51个，另有省级重点实验室和工程技术研究中心等省级科研平台150余个。目前有19个学科的学术影响力和贡献能力进入ESI世界排名前1%，5个学科进入ESI前1‰，与30多个国家和地区的200余所学校签署了校际合作协议。

Shandong University,or SDU – under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education – is a keycomprehensive university with a long and honorable history, a broad variety ofdisciplines, strong academic strength and distinctive characteristics, whichhas had a great influence both at home and abroad. Shandong Universityhas developed by leaps and bounds in recent years. SDU boasts 26 State-levelresearch platforms, four key social science research bases approved by theMinistry of Education, 51 ministerial level platforms and more than 150provincial key laboratories and provincial engineering technology researchcenters. At present, 18 subjects havebeen listed in the top one percent of subjects in the Essential ScienceIndicators (ESI), an index showing the competitiveness of a subject publishedby the Institute for Scientific Information. In addition, five of theuniversity’s subjects – chemistry, engineering, material sciences, clinicalmedicine, pharmacology and toxicology – were listed in the top 1‰ in the ESIrankings.

历经几代学人耕耘与付出，山东大学管理学院已经拥有完整的办学体系、优秀的师资队伍、一流的教学品质、显著的科研成绩。学院目前拥有工商管理、管理科学与工程2个一级学科，设有战略与创新创业、领导力与组织管理、市场营销学、公司财务学、会计学、文化与旅游学、项目管理与工业工程、信息系统与供应链管理8个系，并设立山东省公司治理研究中心、山东省经济管理研究基地、山东省人才发展战略研究院、山东大学旅游产业研究院等高水平研究机构，形成了贯通“本硕博”一体的多学科交叉人才培养体系。

Through tirelessefforts of generations of faculty members and students, the School of Managementhas established a complete school system, an excellent faculty, first-classteaching quality, and remarkable research achievements. Currently, the School includes2 first-class disciplines (Business Administration, Management Science andEngineering), 8 departments (Strategy and Innovation and Entrepreneurship,Leadership and Organizational Management, Marketing, Corporate Finance,Accounting, Culture and Tourism, Project Management and Industrial Engineering,Information System and Supply Chain Management), as well as high-level researchinstitutions like Shandong Institute of Talent Development Strategy, ShandongUniversity Corporate Governance Research Center, and Shandong UniversityTourism Industry Research Institute, forming a teaching system forinterdisciplinary talents that integrates bachelor's, master's and doctoraldegrees.

02.# 项目简介 #Program Positioning

优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓励在自然科学、工程技术等方面已取得较好成绩的海外优秀青年学者（含非华裔外籍人才）回国（来华）工作，自主选择研究方向开展创新性研究，促进青年科学技术人才的快速成长，培养一批有望进入世界科技前沿的优秀学术骨干，为科技强国建设贡献力量。

The Science FundProgram for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) aims to attract andencourage outstanding young scholars from overseas (including non-Chinese foreigntalents) who have made achievements in natural science, engineering andtechnology to return to China and carry out innovative research in their ownchoice of research direction, promote the rapid growth of young scientific andtechnological talents, cultivate a number of outstanding academic backbones whoare expected to reach the frontier of science and technology in the world, andcontribute to building national strength in science and technology.

03.# 支持待遇 #Remuneration and Support

1. 具有竞争力的薪酬：基础年薪不低于75万元（全口径薪酬），综合收入上不封顶。

Competitive salary:with basic annual pay 750,000 RMB, and uncapped comprehensive income areavailable.

2. 充足的科研经费保障：300-700万元（含国家和省拨经费）。

Funds for researchdevelopment: about 3 to 7 million RMB, including funding from the nationalgovernment.

3. 优良的工作和生活条件：提供安家250万元（免税）；另可申报博士后留济、留青工作补贴25万元。

Decent working andliving conditions: 2,500,000 RMB (tax-free) is given for your family settling.Another 250,000 RMB can be declared as subsidy for postdoctoral students whowork in Jinan and Qingdao.

4. 更多支持条件：首聘期前三年每年由学校单列保障一个博士研究生指标；学校根据团队建设需要提供足额博士后指标，其中首聘期内可提供不少于1个重点资助类博士后指标；首聘期内可免费入住人才公寓。

Other supportingconditions: for the first three years of the first employment period, adoctoral student indicator will be guaranteed; enough postdoctoral indicatorswill be provided according to the needs of team building, with no less than 1key funded postdoctoral indicator during the first employment period; thetalent apartment is provided for free during the first employment period.

04.# 申报条件 #Application Qualifications

1. 遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，具有良好的科学道德，自觉践行新时代科学家精神；

2. 出生日期在1984年1月1日（含）以后；

3. 具有博士学位；

4. 研究方向主要为管理、经济等相关学科；

5. 在2023年4月15日前，一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位，且具有连续36个月以上工作经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求；

6. 取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果，且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力；

7. 申请人尚未全职回国（来华）工作，或者2022年1月1日以后回国（来华）工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作或在海外无工作，全职回国（来华）工作不少于3年。

限项要求：

执行中央有关部门关于国家科技人才计划统筹衔接的要求。同层次国家科技人才计划支持期内只能承担一项，不能逆层次申请。

（注：以上条件系参考《2023年国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）指南》，请最终以2024年指南为准。）

Applicants of ScienceFund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) should met thefollowing conditions:

(1) Abide by the lawsand regulations of the People’s Republic of China, have good scientific ethics,and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era;

(2) Have a date ofbirth after September 1, 1984;

(3) Has a doctoratedegree;

(4) The researchdirection is mainly Management, Economy etc. ;

(5) Before April 15,2023, the applicant should have obtained a formal teaching or research positionin an overseas university, scientific research institution, or corporateresearch and development institution, and have more than 36 months ofcontinuous work experience; for those who have obtained a doctorate degreeoverseas and have particularly outstanding performance, the limitation of workexperience may be appropriately relaxed;

(6) The applicantshall have obtained the achievement of scientific research or technology andother achievements recognized by peer experts, and have the development potentialof becoming an academic leader or outstanding talent in related field;

(7) The applicant hasnot yet returned to work in China (to China) on a full-time basis, or returned(came) to work in China after Jan，3, 2022. The applicant mustresign from the overseas work or have no work overseas after being notified ofthe grant of funding and return (come) to work in China full-time for at least 3years.

Requirements forlimited programs

(1) The Science FundProgram for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) implements the requirementsof limited programs of the Science Fund Program for Distinguished YoungScholars in the National Natural Science Fund Guide to Programs 2021.

(2) Those who appliedfor or are undertaking the Science Fund Program for Distinguished YoungScholars in the current year are not allowed to apply for Science Fund Programfor Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas).

(Ps: The aboveconditions are based on the guidelines of NSFC Excellent Young Scholars Fund(Overseas) in 2023, the specific qualifications shall be subject to NSFC'sguidelines for this program issued in 2024.）
