The successful candidate should have:

●A PhD degree or an equivalentdoctoral degree;

●Discipline in BusinessAdministration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Management Science andEngineering, Data Science, E-commerce, Computer Science and Technology or in arelated area;

●Self-motivated for innovativeteaching with knowledge of relevant developments in learning and teachingpractices;

●Excellent communication,presentation and personnel interaction skills;

●Strong leadership, proactiveand good initiates, be able to bring positive influence;

●Fast learning abilitiesandcapable to find rooms for improvement and able to propose solution;

●Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills in English, French/German is a plus;

●International workingexperiences and /or educational background is preferred;

●Working experience in hotelmanagement, E-commerce or information technology is preferred.

●博士以上学历；

●工商管理、酒店管理、旅游、管理科学与工程、数据科学、电子商务、计算机科学与技术或相关领域的专业；

●具有教学实践的相关经验，能够积极主动地进行创新教学；

●具有优秀的沟通、表达和人际交往能力；

●具有较强的领导力，积极主动，能带来积极正面的影响；

●具有快速学习能力，能够发现改进空间并提出解决方案；

●具有优秀的英语沟通能力，具备优秀的法语/德语沟通能力者优先；

●具有海外工作经验或教育背景者优先；

●具有酒店管理、电子商务或信息技术工作经验者优先。
