Dear Coordinator：

My name is ** with *** being my DOB, my ACCA registration number is ***, the registration email is **.

When I try to book my examinations, the website shows ‘**’. I have tried to clear the cookies and caches and use the different browser to login(ChromeIE), but the page was still like this. Below is the screenshot.

What can I do next? How can I book the exams? Can fix this error as soon as possible?
